How tuition works
We don't print tuition here, because it depends on the room and the schedule. Here is what sets it and how it is paid.
Tuition depends on your child's room and age and on the schedule you pick: a half day, a school day or a full day. We go through the figures for your child at the tour, in Spanish or English, with no pressure to decide.

Registration
A registration payment opens your enrollment file. It is due when you apply, and we tell you what it covers before you send it.
Holding a place
A place is held once we have your enrollment forms and the first month's payment. When a room is full, families join a waitlist by room and schedule, and we offer places in the order families joined.

Billing
Tuition is billed monthly. You can pay by automatic payment or by another arrangement that suits your family; tell us at the tour and we will set it up.
Help with tuition
Ask us whether California child care assistance works with our tuition. We will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do, and we would rather you ask before you apply.
Withdrawing
We ask for a month's notice in writing before a child leaves, so we can offer the place to a family on the waitlist. The enrollment agreement says what happens to a month in progress.
Supplies and late pickup
Outside tuition there are two charges: supplies for the year and pickups after the room closes. Each is named on the enrollment forms with what it covers.
